Subject	Agreed. There is plenty of surface area to insure a seal.

Message	Maybe there is a crack in one of the castings? One thing to check are the two stamped metal side support brackets. I have had trouble in the past lining them up with bolt holes on the plenum. Make certain you tighten them down after the center center bolts attaching the upper and lower pieces. _________________________________________________
